Issue #227 - 6000
Hey there,
This Thursday, we celebrated 6000 active Code Clubs in the UK! Thank you to every volunteer, teacher, parent, and supporter who has helped make this possible. 24 hours later, we’re already up to 6005, and our Code Club community will only continue to grow.
Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Check out the bushel of resources we’ve collected for you this week, including our own zombie-themed survival projects.
Also, we’ve ended up with a bounty of oversized stickers by accident, and you have five chances to win one of them. Head to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, G+, and YouTube to leave a comment telling us where you’d stick your prize sticker — you have until Sunday 5 November to enter.
If you’re headed to PyCon UK or Mozfest this weekend, make sure to find us and say hello. We can’t wait to meet you all!
Have a great week, and we’ll see you next Friday,
Peace,
Alex
